RECIPE PRINCIPLES
Our food is cooked at different temperatures depending on the ingredient, just as in a good home kitchen. The peas, useful in the case of constipation and in low-calorie diets, are expanded at a suitable temperature to make them easily assimilable and digestible.
The meat, fats and vitamins are cooked at a low temperature (below 90°), in order to maintain their nutritional value.
This recipe contains only duck meat, a source of lean protein, rich in nutrients and which also provides nutrients such as iron, selenium, B vitamins and zinc.
INGREDIENTS
Dehydrated duck 20%*, pea flour, fava bean flour, pork fat, fava bean starch, pumpkin seed flour, carob flour, salmon oil, minerals, fructooligosaccharides (FOS) 0.1%, yeast products as a source of MOS 0.1%.
*Comparable in protein content to an amount equivalent to 46% of fresh duck meat.
FOS AND MOS: counteracting intestinal problems by preventing the formation of dangerous bacteria in the intestine.
