RECIPE'S PRINCIPLES
Our food is cooked at different temperatures depending on the ingredient, as in a good home kitchen. The peas are expanded at a temperature suitable for breaking the starch bonds to make them easily assimilable and digestible.
Meats, fats and vitamins cannot be treated at high temperatures, because they would be damaged and their nutritional value would be inhibited. Therefore these ingredients are cooked at temperatures below 90°C.
This recipe is monoprotein: salmon is the only source of animal protein.

Dehydrated salmon 18%, peas, pea flour, broad bean, broad bean flour 13%, salmon oil, pumpkin seed flour, carob flour, mineral substances.
